Schofield and Cudd • 2018

Simon Cudd and I met online through our mutual love of scarves. Simon had time on his hands as he was undergoing cancer treatment in hospital and liked to use social media to relieve the boredom. As luck would have it, I was due to exhibit at an event in Oxford that summer and we arranged to meet up. We hit it off from the start - how could we not, as Simon’s enthusiasm for, scarves, watches, cars, colour and life in general was so infectious. That initial chance encounter on Instagram led to a wonderful project where we created logo inspired design cotton skinny scarves in Simon’s choice of colours.
