I hope you will be very happy with your purchase but if you are not, you must complete a returns form to include with the item you are returning.

Unfortunately I can no longer do exchanges. Any new item must be purchased separately.

please note:

• to receive a full refund you must notifiy me within 14 days of receipt of your order that you wish to return any part of your order

• returned items must be unworn, unwashed and with all labelling intact or they cannot be refunded

• refunds will be made as soon as the item is received and by the same method used to make your purchase

• samples, slight seconds and sale items cannot be refunded

• in most cases special bespoke orders and commissions cannot be refunded

• shipping charges are not included in the refund

• please ensure you obtain a proof of posting
