Whiteburn • 2019

This award-winning residential developer and house builder approached me with a wonderful idea to connect their new conversion of the old Caerlee Textile Mill with the work of a Scottish textile designer. They loved my tactile ‘chubbies’ and placed a bespoke order for the chubby keyrings to give to each home owner with their new house keys. Chubbies are normally made from recycled fabric samples but in this instance bespoke fabrics were knitted to order creating a co-ordinating set.
