I recently discovered the word cicatrix is the official name for a scar. This design is inspired by the classic surgical one - a line with a row of dots from staples or stitches down either side. I spent so long looking at my own that it made sense to create this design while I was unable to get out and about for inspiration.

• long straight scarf with 3-colours - different combinations in each half
• slightly felted for extra warmth.

• orchard and blue lovat in one half
• blue lovat and grey in other half
• yellow trim

• 100% merino lamb’s wool
• unisex design
• approx 27cm wide x 200cm long
