I was over the moon to win the Gold Award for Best Product (Jewellery and Textiles) at Scotland’s Trade Fair in January, where I was exhibiting within the Craft Gallery. My collection of one-off deep colour border HARRIS scarves use even the smallest lengths of yarn left on the cone, ensuring zero waste. As a result of my award, I was asked to participate in Creative Carbon Scotland’s series of case studies, highlighting sustainability and the Green Crafts Initiative.
